Villa Madonna Academy (VMA), a K-12 private Catholic school sponsored by the Benedictine Sisters located in Villa Hills, Kentucky is seeking an accomplished, self-directed and energetic fundraiser to lead the institutional advancement department. This is a full-time exempt position providing leadership and oversight for fundraising, alumni relations, public relations, recruitment, communications, and marketing. This person is responsible for leading and further developing a comprehensive advancement program within the framework of VMA’s existing and future strategic plans with a focus on prospecting, integrating overall academy objectives into communications and marketing, as well as be a front-line development professional who excels in promoting positive donor relations, including frequent contacts with multiple level of donors, corporate partners, volunteers and other key stakeholders.
The CAO will be a key advisor to the president/CEO in all matters relating to developing diverse revenue streams. This person will design a strategic relationship management process to ensure sustainable results and serve as the staff liaison for the Development Committee of the board of directors. The CAO will have a demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through securing major gifts, promoting charitable gift planning and all other products designed to meet the need of any donor/philanthropist.
